1.They get stuck living in the past or in the future.


SOLUTION:
     Learn to live in the present.




2. Get stuck in old patterns


SOLUTION:
     Change to a new routine.




3.Give up after a few failures


SOLUTION: 
  Stay persistent and acknowledge the progress you are making.





4. Believe they are their mind


SOLUTION:
    Learn to distinguish between the human mind and your higher self.





5.Their environment is preventing change


SOLUTION:
     Create a new empowering environment.





6.They believe the power is out of their hands


SOLUTION: 

    Take 100% responsibility for everything in your life.





7. Dont have enough pain to change


SOLUTION:
   Have a bigger why! Find out the reasons why you want to create a change and make it happen!
