Today (August 18), the Office of the Port of Entry and Exit of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued a notice regarding adjustments to quarantine and medical observation measures for people entering Shenzhen from Hong Kong.
From today on, ordinary visitors entering Shenzhen from Hong Kong will be required to hold a paper report for a negative nucleic acid test result issued within 24 hours by a government-accredited testing institute in Guangdong and Hong Kong. After that, visitors will be subject to isolated medical observation for 14 days and home health monitoring for another 7 days.
For those who are eligible for home isolation in Shenzhen, they can apply for "7+7+7" isolated medical observation and health monitoring (i.e. 7 days of centralised isolation + 7 days of home isolation + 7 days of home health monitoring) at the health monitoring center that they are staying in after entry.
