On the same day,  the Ministry of Education promulgated Provisions about School Protection of the Minors, which shall come into effect on 1st of September 2021.According to this Provisions, a school shall establish a zero-tolerance mechanism against bullying, sexual abuse and sexual harassment.When hiring teachers, staff or introducing volunteers and social workers, the school should ask them to report whether they have committed unlawful or criminal activities and misconduct behaviors that make them unfit for jobs related to juvenile education. The school should carry out appointment examinations and review their eligibility every year.
