I cannot tell you how much time I used to waste on decision making.

When I first started out in business I would make so many mini decisions that didnt seem like much at the time but would take up parts of my brain power. For example an average morning I would do the following:

1.What should I wear? 2.Shall I workout today? 3.What work shall I start with? 4.Should I run this morning or in the afternoon?5.What area of my business needs the most focus today

These questions would go through my mind and Id end up being overwhelmed.

Id get some things done but there was no consistency.

Fast Forward 8 years and now I make very few decisions in my day.

I plan the night before, I already know what Im going to wear, I have a set schedule that I stick to, I even have flexibility in my day just in case I need it.

This has helped me to focus fully on what Im doing and has boosted my productivity 10 fold over time.

By doing this Ive been able to focus on much more challenging decisions in my business and instead of thinking about them. I act on them and get them done so that I can have a bigger impact elsewhere.

Make less decisions, so you can have a bigger impact and boost your business more each day!
