The world we are in now is very different to just a few years ago. There is so much noise online that its almost impossible to stand out consistently.

There are thousands of online courses, competitors and others who offer similar products in your space. How can you actually stand out so that people buy from you?

Very simple you need to build depth not width.

This is something that I say to my clients time and time again.

I would prefer to build depth with a few people than to go wide with thousands.

No longer can you just get by without being able to create an authentic relationship with your brand and your consumers.

Now obviously this partly depends on your business model but I am finding now that as the world is becoming more and more competitive; being able to build a deep relationship with your client is incredibly important. If you are there to support them, it will help them leaps and bounds in the future.

What this means is no longer treating people just as a customer that buys from you once, but instead as a client that you have a long term relationship with. By building this relationship and brand through time you will create a much more solid foundation from which to scale in the future.

Build depth with each of your clients, be there to really help them level up and it will help take your business to the next level.

p.s. Building depth not width is a fantastic concept to use in other areas of your life too! I even challenge you to build depth in your personal life. Be very close to 10 people instead of having a surface level connection with 100!
