Do you ever wonder what to do on your days off or when you have a little more spare time?

I actually spoke to a client yesterday who told me he had no idea what he would do, if he took a day off! He came to me because he is struggling with procrastination, yet sometimes in life you have to take a step back in order to take 2 steps forward. In his case taking a break will help him become more productive as he is giving himself permission to actually unwind. I wanted to share with you what I did with him to help you gain more of an understanding of what you can do.

?

Here are the areas we covered that I discuss in depth in the video

  1. Explore your wheel of life

  2. Set goals in different areas

  3. Uncover what you enjoy doing

  4. Take on new challenges

  5. Be open to doing something a little different

What is most important is to work on other areas of your life, its not just about working constantly! Make sure you give yourself the space to unwind and chill too.Im also going to share some of the ways I personally have changed my hobbies over the past year, some will make you laugh and others youll be very surprised to hear!Whether youre working 7 days a week or cant stop working on your business. Youll find this content incredibly useful.
