Motivation is like a shower. You need to take it daily, but a problem arises! Have you ever felt that one day you didnt want to do what you know you should do? This is a big problem motivation and self-discipline are different. Motivation is temporary, self discipline is continuous.
In self-discipline, you know your reasons
The first most important thing to do is to have big reasons as to why you want to change. This is the same as fuel in your car.
If you dont have the fuel it is hard to get to your destination If you dont have a good reason then you wont make changes Take some time to think about your reasons  Dont think about what you should do. I want you to think about what you must do.  ? You want to build up small routines that help you build self-discipline. For example: going to the gym each day, reflecting each day, and every week reflecting how you could have more discipline etc.  All these things add up to help you become more and more self-disciplined everyday.
you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, Some people help you become more self-disciplined. Others will help you fall off track. Choose to spend time with people that help you become a better person.  This helps you become better and better at doing new things and being more disciplined.  These people can help you stay on track and help you understand if you arent following through.  Finally remember  Successful people arent the people that dont fall off track, because we all do. However, they are the ones that get back on track the fastest
