A theme park for adults will open its doors in Tokyo in October.

SOD Land, located in the red-light district of Kabukicho, will be a five-floor complex packed with porn actresses and other workers in the adult industry.

The theme park is a business expansion of Soft on Demand (SOD), Japans leading adult video production and distribution company. This is the second installment of SODs adult entertainment endeavors of a similar nature as it opened a bar two years ago in Akihabara, which became a smash hit.

Each floor will reportedly feature a different theme: the first floor, for instance, will serve mainly as a reception space and billing area, though it will also have a gift shop, a sticker photo booth and gacha capsule machines.

SOD Lands floor plan.

The second floor will house the Kakubutsu Salon, where customers can drink with women in the fuzoku industry workers from hostess bars, erotic massage and other risqu entertainment services.

Meanwhile, the third floor will be the Famous Adult Actress Floor, which will feature SODs major talents and allow guests to drink with them in a more relaxed setting, according to Grapee.

The fourth floor will feature the Silent Bar, where other SOD actresses prepare drinks for patrons in swimwear behind a one-way mirror. The space is called silent as the actresses cannot converse with the guests, allowing the latter to simply enjoy the view.

The theme park does not have a fifth floor but instead has a basement known as the Newcomer Adult Film Actress Floor.

Here, visitors will find the SOD Fresh-Faced Female Employee Pub, which will be staffed entirely by SOD actresses who are either about to debut or are emerging actresses.

SOD Land will charge an admission rate of 500 yen ($4.70) per half hour. However, unlike most hostess bars in which guests have to pay for the hostesss drinks the theme park will only charge customers for what they consume themselves.

The establishment is scheduled to open on Oct. 10 from 5-10 p.m. With COVID-19 still around, it will follow health safety protocols such as requiring face masks and temperature checks at the door.
