Do you sometimes feel like you are your own worst enemy?, You have the best of intentions yet somehow you find you dont follow through?, , Or perhaps you feel there is something stopping you and you cant figure out what it is?


I have found that self-sabotage is one of the biggest issues stopping people from achieving what they want in life. There can be a number of reasons as to why we self-sabotage; perhaps you dont feel good enough, you doubt your ability or you dont think you deserve it. There are a plethora of reasons why, yet fundamentally, what all these reasons have in common is that there is a misalignment between what we want and our own actions. If you are struggling with this, then I recommend the following:



 1. Find out where you have a misalignment Perhaps this is a fear of failure or even a fear of success! Most importantly find out what the fear is and where it comes from..  2. Start self-reflection By reflecting on what is happening in your life and how you feel, it will better help you understand the root cause of the way you are feeling. ,   3. Make meaningful changes Perhaps you feel fear, so start to make the change in habits to help you overcome this fear. Perhaps it is stepping out of your comfort zone or taking on a new project.
