Managing Your MONEY | 2020,

Write a letter to your future selfI have been to hundreds of self-development events in my life and one of the most fascinating things that I did was to write a letter for myself in the future. I challenge you to write a letter to your future self at the end of the year. Saying whatever it is that you would want to hear by the end of 2020. It could be how proud you are of all you have accomplished, how grateful you are for the experiences you have had whatever it is, make it happen and hide the letter from yourself until the end of the year.
Read a non fiction bookI could list hundreds of books in this section, so for simplicity purposes check out my top 10 in this article if you havent already

3. Six Ways To Be More Healthy, Productive and emotionally balanced

Start journalingJournaling is a great practice to start to help you become more reflective and really understand what you are feeling day to day in your life. One of my favourite habits with regards to journaling is writing down 3 wins everyday. These could be small or big but it helps me to remember to really embrace every positive action I take on my journey. Sign up for an online courseThere are 1000s of online courses, I recommend picking one and really immersing in it. Allow yourself to dive into a course that matters to you and will help you in the long term. Think about the skills you need to develop and look to become educated on them now to help you in the future. Clear up your clutterClean your home, sort everything out and make it all nice and neat so that when the Chinese New Year is over you are ready to rock and roll! Clean up the following: Your wardrobe, kitchen, computer, desk, living room, bookshelf, toilet etc. This will really help you become more grounded and relaxed as you start to move into the year of the Rat.

Learn a new indoor exerciseMy favourite indoor exercise has to be yoga. If you havent started this already it would be a must to really help connect your body, mind and breath. I also really enjoy dancing. Yes that is right, I used to teach street dance, so a great song can really boost my mood and I am sure will do the same for you! You can also look into Taichi, home workouts and rebounding too.

Start a cleanseWhen I take on challenges in life I always find it fascinating to push my body to the limits and really start to push my boundaries. One of the ways you can do this whilst at home would be to start cleansing. You could do a juice cleanse, water fast or any other cleanse that resets your system.
